SOC. COOP. RA.GI.TOUR ARL
This document governs the terms and conditions of use of the rental services offered by SOC COOP RA.GI.TOUR ARL (hereinafter also referred to as the "Company"), covering the rental of buses, minibuses, boats, and chauffeur-driven transportation services.
- Scope of Service
The Company exclusively provides bus and boat rental services with a driver/skipper, for tourist transfers, excursions, private events, school services, business services, and other legal activities contractually agreed upon. - Acceptance of Terms
Booking and/or use of the services implies the customer's full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, without reservation. - Reservations
- Reservations must be made in writing (email, online form, or dedicated contract);
- the reservation is considered confirmed only after written confirmation from the Company and, where required, payment of a deposit;
- the Company reserves the right to refuse incomplete or non-compliant reservations.
- Fees and Payments
- Prices are quoted in euros and may include or exclude VAT, tolls, fuel, port taxes, or other charges, as specified in the quote;
- A deposit is required only if expressly indicated by the Company at the time of booking;
- the balance must be paid within the terms indicated in the contract or booking confirmation;
- in the event of non-payment, the Company may suspend or cancel the service.
- Cancellations and Changes
- Cancellation is free of charge if communicated within 7 days before the scheduled start day;
- if booking with a deposit, the deposit will not be refunded even if cancellation occurs within the above-mentioned deadlines.
Any changes requested by the customer are subject to availability and possible price adjustments.
Customer Obligations
- The customer undertakes to:
- Use the vehicles correctly and in accordance with the law;
- respect the instructions of the driver or on-board staff;
- be liable for any damage caused by negligent or malicious behavior;
- ensure that passengers comply with safety regulations.
- Liability:
- the Company is not responsible for delays or disruptions due to force majeure (traffic, weather or sea conditions, unforeseeable breakdowns, or official orders);
- the Company's liability is limited to the terms established by applicable law;
- it is not responsible for personal items lost or forgotten on board.
- Safety and Regulations
- all vessels comply with current safety regulations;
- passengers are required to use mandatory safety equipment;
- boat rentals are subject to the provisions of the Italian Navigation Code and local regulations.
- Suspension or Interruption of Service
- the Company may terminate the service in the event of dangerous, illegal, or non-safety behavior, without the right to a refund.
- Specific conditions for marine charter
- The skipper reserves the right to modify the itinerary for weather, navigational safety, or disembarkation reasons. SOC. COOP. RA.GI.TOUR ARL cannot be held responsible for itinerary changes, unplanned stops, delays, or interruptions resulting from decisions made by the skipper to ensure the safety of guests, particularly in adverse weather conditions;
- if the skipper, for safety reasons and in the exercise of his or her sole power/duty to protect the safety of passengers, orders stops, disembarkations, or route changes not previously agreed upon, no refund will be provided, even if such circumstances affect the duration, destination, and/or quality of the service;
- in the event of an unexpected breakdown or damage requiring a temporary stop for repairs, the skipper or the Company will ensure that the repairs are completed as quickly as possible. Any lost time will be made up the same day. If this is not possible, the Company undertakes to reschedule the booking at the earliest opportunity or provide a refund proportionate to the unused service;
- the Company declares that it has valid insurance coverage in accordance with applicable laws;
- the guest declares that he or she undertakes the trip fully aware of the risks associated with navigation and waives any claim for reimbursement or compensation for events not attributable to the Company or the skipper;
- the boats are provided in fully operational, clean, and compliant with current regulations, complete with all required safety equipment;
- guests are required to inform the skipper in advance of any health problems, allergies, ongoing medications, or personal difficulties relevant to safety;
- each participant is responsible for their own personal belongings and is liable for any damage caused to the boat due to improper or negligent behavior;
- narcotics or illegal substances are prohibited. Luggage must be limited to the bare essentials, non-rigid, and small;
- unless otherwise expressly provided, Italian law applies.
- Processing of Personal Data
Customer personal data is processed in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and current Italian legislation. The privacy policy is available upon request. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of the place where the Company has its registered office, unless otherwise provided by law. - Final Provisions
- the invalidity of any clause shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses;
- the Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
