Does the rental price include the driver, fuel, and tolls?
Yes. At Ra.Gi. Tour, our quotes are "all-inclusive." Your price includes a professional English-speaking driver, fuel, highway tolls, and insurance. There are no hidden fees. Please note that specific "Bus City Passes" for restricted areas (like the Amalfi Coast or Positano) and parking fees are calculated based on your specific itinerary.
How far in advance should we book?
Because we are a boutique, family-run agency with a specialized fleet, we recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance for the peak summer season (May–September) and for wedding groups. For last-minute needs, contact us via WhatsApp, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can your buses pick us up directly at our hotel?
In most cases, yes! However, some historic centers in Sorrento or the Amalfi Coast have narrow streets or ZTL (Limited Traffic Zones) that large buses cannot enter. Because we also operate smaller 8-passenger minivans and 18-passenger minibuses, we are often able to get closer to your door than larger coach companies. We will coordinate the closest possible pickup point with you.

Are your vehicles air-conditioned?
Absolutely. We understand the Mediterranean sun can be intense. Our entire fleet, from our 8-passenger minivans to our 30-passenger coaches, is equipped with powerful, modern air-conditioning systems to ensure your group stays cool and comfortable.
How much luggage can the buses hold?
Our larger 30 and 22-passenger buses feature dedicated luggage compartments (the "hold"). Our 8-passenger minivan is perfect for airport transfers with standard luggage. If you are a large group with excessive luggage (e.g., golf clubs or wedding equipment), please let us know so we can assign the vehicle with the best storage capacity.
Do you provide child car seats?
Yes. Safety is our priority. If you are traveling with infants or toddlers, please inform us at the time of booking. we can provide age-appropriate car seats or boosters at no extra charge.
The Experience
Is our driver also a tour guide?
In Italy, there is a legal difference. Your driver is a "Driver-Guide"—they speak fluent English and will provide historical context, stories, and local tips while on the road. However, they are not permitted to lead you inside archaeological sites like Pompeii. If you would like a licensed historical guide to walk through the ruins with you, we are happy to arrange one of our trusted partners to join your tour.
What is the tipping etiquette for drivers in Italy?
While tipping is not mandatory in Italy, it is a greatly appreciated gesture for excellent service. For a full-day private charter, a tip of 10-15% is a wonderful way to thank your driver for their expertise and hospitality.
Weddings & Special Events
Can we rent multiple vehicles for a wedding guest shuttle?
This is our specialty! We can coordinate a "staggered" shuttle service using a mix of our 30-passenger buses and smaller minivans to move your guests from hotels to the ceremony and back to the reception. Since we are family-run, we provide a single point of contact to ensure your wedding timeline stays perfectly on track.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a flexible cancellation policy. Generally, bookings cancelled up to 7 days before the service receive a full refund. For weddings and large group charters, different terms may apply. We always recommend travel insurance for peace of mind.
